Michael Ivezaj, our founder, brings over 20 years of distinguished law enforcement experience to the helm of our organization. His career includes serving as a detective with the Metro Street Enforcement Team, where he specialized in apprehending dangerous felons, and as a Task Force Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), tackling complex drug enforcement cases. A proud honors graduate of the University of Phoenix, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, combining his academic excellence with real-world expertise to lead our team with integrity and dedication.
Joseph Ivezaj, Vice President / Chief Operating Officer
Joseph Ivezaj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Northwood University and brings extensive expertise in private investigations and professional security. A third-degree black belt in martial arts, Joseph combines his strategic knowledge and disciplined approach to oversee all aspects of CIS operations. With a hands-on commitment to excellence, he ensures every department and case is managed with precision, delivering reliable and effective solutions for clients.
Dwayne DeCaires, Sr. Vice President
Dwayne DeCaires, brings decades of expertise in law enforcement, security, and leadership to his role as Senior Vice President of Covert Investigative Services, Inc. (CIS). Beginning his career as a United States Air Force Security Police officer, he advanced to the Romulus Police Department, where he led the Specialized Services Division and investigated high-profile cases involving homicides, narcotics, and terrorism. In addition to his investigative work, he served as the Primary Master Instructor for the Firearms Training Unit at the Wayne County Regional Police Academy and is certified in Accident Reconstruction. His skills extend to corporate security, where he co-developed and managed Delta Security Services, strengthening protocols to address terrorism and insider threats.

Vera Berishaj, a graduate of Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development, is an accomplished leader in human resources and business development. With extensive experience in employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, she excels in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Known for fostering long-standing client relationships and driving growth through innovative solutions, Vera is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and building lasting partnerships that support organizational success.
